Shipping destinations:

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.     

Once your order ships it can take anywhere from 7 to 25 days to reach you.  You will receive your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order, as well as delivery notifications!

Due to the ongoing global health crisis all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks.  This includes updates to order tracking and delivery times.  

Please rest assured that your order is on its way and will be arriving to you as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Due to the limited nature of the items we offer exchanges only and no refunds. Our return policy lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at info@bohomaniacs.com and we will be able to assist you. For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".  Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3-7 business days.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info@bohomaniacs.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@bohomaniacs.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.


We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
